We got a "check Engine Light" on our 2009 Volvo, the error code said the gas fuel sensor was bad. My wonderful husband ordered the part (not easy or cheap to find), watched U-Tube videos over & over & was "ready" to change the part (NOT an auto mechanic). He put the screwdriver part together per the Videos & SADLY worked "tirelessly on it ALL day", to no avail. When he "thought" he had it done, turned the car on & gas spewed all over! Called to get a tow truck for the local car repair......ENTER Gerald (Gerry?) showed up within an hour as promised & asked to understand the problem at hand, he said he'd done that repair several times & in about 10-15 minutes TIGHTENED the part securely & charged us for a "jump" & NO NEED for a TOW, problem resolved! He said, call us anytime & ask for Gerry! WOW! Gerry, you deserve a MEDAL of HONOR, HELP, HONESTY & down right HALLELUJAH!! Hats off to you Gerry!! Thanks a MILLION! This type of FABULOUS Service is "almost non-existent" these days!! Refreshing!!

Very pleased with the management team of this location. The equipment/truck was ready and available at pick-up time. The rental site was easy to deal with. Payment was as expected. Special note regarding Ms. Laura Holden, the contact person and the person I interacted with the most. In my opinion, "Holden's Wrecker Service" is a great asset to the U-Haul brand, and I would patron them again and recommend them to my community.

Jerry Dauterive arrived at my home to tow my broken down car. He immediately asked questions about what was wrong with my vehicle and shared his knowledge with me which I truly appreciated. He was knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful! I was very appreciate he was my point of contact today with Holdens because he truly went above and beyond for me! I would highly recommend Jerry and Holdens!

Excellent towing company! Didn’t wait any longer than 30 minutes. We had a truck side swipe our trailer with our utv on it and bent our axle not really knowing what to do we called Holden’s they were very professional from the time they answered the phone. Jerry showed and let me tell you he was a life saver. He loaded our utv and trailer on his flat bed and delivered it to my front door in Mississippi.
